New to Flavourtech is a smaller Spinning Cone Column model, the SCC100. This new model has a nominal processing capacity of 25 to 115L/ hr and is ideal for R&D, Universities and small-scale production. The SCC100 is available in 3 variations:
- The SCC100-C : for clarified extracts and juices;
- The SCC100-W : for the dealcoholisation of wine, beer, cider and spirits; and
- The recently released SCC100-S : for slurry processing that may include coffee, tea, fruit & veg puree/pulp
