In addition, Tetra Pak will bring in international experts to share their knowledge on key issues at the summit. Romulo Alvarado, dairy development manager at Tetra Laval Food for Development, will be speaking about ‘Opportunities & approaches for small-holder dairy systems’, bringing in learnings from across the world. Katarina Lindgren, senior dairy technologist at Tetra Pak’s Dairy Centre of Expertise, will talk about ‘Strategies to improve energy efficiencies in dairy processing’.
