The More Than Food pavilion celebrated Europe’s exceptional quality and sustainability while inviting visitors to try cheeses, olive oils, fresh fruits, chocolates, and more.
The campaign’s ambassador, Chef Ajay Chopra, gave live cooking demonstrations to the audience. He blended European ingredients with Indian flavours. Sea Salt and Gouda Cookies with Tomato Jam and Chorizo and Mushroom Spring Rolls were the main creations of this demo. It was a perfect fusion of the two cuisines and he also shared his experience on the evolving Indian culinary landscape. European products growing demand and influence on trends were the main topics of this panel discussion.
