The campaign transforms Tea Post outlets into vibrant festive spaces. The celebrations see a series of immersive contests and on-ground experiences that bring all stakeholders together – customers, franchisees, employees, vendors, and landlords.
As part of the campaign’s celebrations, the “Chai Sang Rishte” contest invites customers to share their chai stories, while franchisees celebrate under the “Rishton Se Roshan” theme. Employees join in with the “Hamara Tea Post Tyohaar” video contest, and the brand also honours its vendors and landlords for their continued support over 12 years.
Tea Post also unveiled Diwali Baithak to introduce an immersive atmosphere through curated music, shayari, décor, and curated teas across its cafes in cities like Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, etc. The free, open-to-all events began on October 14 in Ahmedabad and continue through October 17, moving across Rajkot, Surat, Jamnagar, and Jaipur, with a new city hosting the event each day. It will offer workshops on lantern-making, diya-painting, among other community-focused activities.
Tea Post aims to continue such community-led celebrations to connect with chai aficionados everywhere.
Speaking about the campaign, Darshan Dashani, Founder, Tea Post, said, “‘Apne Jaha, Utsav Waha’ is dear to each one of us who has made Tea Post their comforting hangout place over the years. Tea Post has been celebrated for more than just chai, which includes people, conversations, and memories. This Diwali, we aimed to dedicate the celebrations to the timeless bonds of our customers, teams, and partners. Because wherever there are our own, there’s always a reason to celebrate.”
The patrons also get to choose from a wide range of 15 varieties of signature chai paired with lipsmacking traditional snacks like samosas, theplas, and maska buns — all amid festive lights and marigold décor.
Select Tea Post’s stores in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, and Vadodara are also transforming into Diwali hubs for 3–4 days, hosting creative DIY experiences, including candle, bookmark, and ceramic art workshops.
With over 250 outlets across 60+ cities in India and Dubai, Tea Post has grown from being a tea café to a cultural space that brings people together.
