Charcoal Concepts, the leading Indian restaurant company behind Copper Chimney, has launched its brand new restaurant chain, Joshh, with the first outlet opening in Powai, Mumbai. The pure vegetarian restaurant, that sports the tagline ‘India ka apna taste’, will host the grand launch of the 1st Joshh restaurant on 19th December in Powai, at Galleria Mall, Hiranandani.

The launch also signifies the 49th Anniversary of the Copper Chimney brand and its parent company, K Hospitality Corp, one of India’s largest homegrown Indian hospitality and foodservice companies. Joshh will be rolling out a special offer for its customers on this occasion by offering everything on the entire menu at only ₹ 49!

Joshh serves delicious vegetarian food using only pure cow ghee, sunflower oil, and no added colors or preservatives in its cooking. The restaurant features a pure veg open kitchen setup that allows restaurant diners to watch the chefs as they prepare their meals.

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes starting at ₹79 such as Dosas, Chaats, Thalis, Pao Bhaji, Chole Bhature, Kothimbir Vadi, and a lot more. Joshh will also have a separate kulfi counter serving a wide range of fresh fruit, mithai and other unique star-shaped kulfis, faloodas & kulfi sundaes all day.

Meanwhile, expect more kulfi shops across the city, with Joshh launching Joshh Kulfi, its dessert spin-off brand, very recently in the prime neighborhood of Juhu in Mumbai.
