This alliance will really shift the way JFL operates as compared to the previous collaboration with PepsiCo in 2018. This strategic move looks similar to how Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages—Coca-Cola’s bottling subsidiary in India.
According to this agreement, JFL will source Coca-Cola’s beverage portfolio from authorised bottlers and engage in marketing initiatives for promotional purposes. This will surely improve JFL’s beverage offerings throughout their 3,130 stores.
India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and Georgia are the major six locations of these stores. More than that, there are Domino’s Pizza and Popeyes—under their features, along with proprietary brands like Hong’s Kitchen and COFFY.
This partnership shows their strategic improvement as well, along with their dedication to cater to their consumers in a better way. Plus, consumers will get a more diverse beverage selection from now on.
