Hershey has expanded its Reese’s range of Peanut Butter Cups with the introduction of a new variant containing pretzels.
Available from November, Reese’s Big Cups with Pretzels are said to provide a twist on the classic cup that’s bigger, saltier and ‘packed with delicious pretzels’.
“Let’s face it, we’re all feeling a little bit salty this year,” said Ian Norton, Reese’s senior director, Reese’s brand.
“In true Reese’s fashion, we channelled our feelings into sweet and salty deliciousness with new Reese’s Big Cups with Pretzels.”
Hershey has also announced the upcoming launch of Reese’s Big Cups with Chips, which will be available for a limited time beginning in March 2021.
Reese’s Big Cups with Pretzels will be launched at US retailers this November in 1.3oz single-cup (RRP $1.49) and 2.6oz two-cup (SRP $2.09) formats.
In addition, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Pretzels Miniatures will be available in January 2021.
Reese’s recently launched a new “mid-morning” treat, Reese’s Snack Cakes, featuring a combination of chocolate and peanut butter creme.
