Radisson Blu Plaza Banjara Hills announces Soumen Paul as the new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 15 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, Soumen brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked with several hospitality brands across India.

Soumen is responsible for managing the hotel’s F&B revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and driving the growth of the F&B department.

His extensive experience in strategic planning, revenue enhancement, and team management plays a pivotal role in taking Radisson Blu Plaza to new heights.

Prior to Radisson Blu Plaza, Soumen served as the General Manager at Playotel Hotels in Chandigarh, Indore, and Bhopal, where he led the hotel to impressive revenue and guest satisfaction growth.

Soumen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, guest engagement, and team motivation.
