On December 27, 2024, Chef Manish Mehrotra came up with WaysToLays Food Truck and amazed everyone at Nehru Place. The reason for the excitement was the unique offering he made—Honey Chilli Chutney Lay’s topped with sesame and green onions.

Actually, this recipe comes under the WaysToLays concept umbrella. So, they are promoting Lay’s chips as more than just a snack with this creative approach of mixing locally inspired recipes. Right now, they are introducing more such flavours for targeting different localities, as they have observed the market deeply this time and want to leverage audiences’ unique demand.

Lay’s Chaat, Lay’s Loaded Chips, and Lay’s Chocolate Chips are some of their current offerings within their WaysToLays food truck.
