Mother Dairy, which was commissioned in 1974 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has witnessed a series of high-level exits in the past. After Nagarajan’s departure, it lost several top executives, including its head of dairy business, Subhashis Basu, head of R&D, TSR Murali and group CFO Meghnad Mitra.
Mother Dairy is one of the leading milk suppliers in the national capital region with sale of over 30 lakh litre per day.
