A vibrant display of colour marks the harvest festival of Baisakhi in India. The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group celebrates every festival with the same zeal and enthusiasm, and this year they have a delectable surprise for all their patrons. The Lalit’s signature Pan -Indian restaurant, Baluchi has prepped an exclusive menu for its guests. From the thick deliciousness of sarson da saag to the crispy combo of chhole bhature, the famously flavourful pindi chane, to the special achari mutton, you will be over pampered.
Executive Chef Parimal Sawant from the Lalit Mumbai has crafted delicacies to ring in Baisakhi festivities. “India is a land of hidden delights when it comes to spices and flavours. Every time I step into the kitchen, the expansive nature of Indian cuisine surprises me. It is my pleasure to share some of the best North Indian delicacies I have created during my career. I am really looking forward to India sampling some amazing recipes during Baisakhi,” he said.
